How does it work?

a-The only difference between conventional courses and our Live Online courses is that you do not physically sit in a classroom. Instead you access your “classroom” online, and you’ll be able to interact with your instructor and classmates with chat, audio and video as you move through the lessons.

b-All of our Online sessions are available as recorded Lessons-on-Demand from your online syllabus, so you can review the material online at your convenience, in case you didn’t make a class.

c-If you have enrolled in a class; you can expect to be contacted within 1 business day from a member of our English-Class Online team. Then, your teacher will be in touch with you directly and you can start learning.

d-We provide academic support to students currently enrolled in an English-Class Online course. You can email your questions directly to our academic staff and expect a quick reply.

e-You will have access to a free trial class which will include an orientation session, to make sure you know how to use the resources and technology. This will also help you make sure your headphones and microphone are working before your first class.

f-During your course you’ll have access to new activities linked to what you are studying each week and unlimited access to any work from previous weeks.
