My name is Samantha and I am from a small city in South Africa named Port Elizabeth.   I have been teaching for 12 years and I absolutely love it.  I moved to England a few years ago and it is at this stage where I discovered my passion for teaching English. I worked at a secondary school with students who had moved to London from Europe and Asia. I really enjoyed the experience and decided to complete my TESOL Diploma at the London Teaching Training College.

I've been an English teacher for over 10 years with a Master's degree in English Education.  I specialize in many things from teaching IELTS and TOEFL for students that want to study abroad to books like Side by Side, Children's encyclopedia and Story Books.
I found that learning English takes time, practice and patience. In 2008 I was in South Korea teaching kindergarten to 6th grade and I just recently finished a job in Thailand at a private Junior High School.  In these places I find that the key ingredient to successful teaching is to focus on the English they're supposed to learn.
